Customer had New England Joinery custom make the entire opening for this house, about $10,000 worth of door and side lites. Seems no one wants to take the risk of installing the $600.00 lock, so Precision Lock is called to install.

Deep River Town Hall Restoration
All exterior doors were replaced at Deep River Town Hall. Doors were built by New England Joinery. Locks installed bt Precision Lock & Safe / Jeff Clinton.

Time to up grade to the right stuff. What was on this door was a typical residential quality door knob and deadbolt. It was not secure or A.D.A. Compliant and was not Fire Compliant. Precision Lock / Jeff Clinton took care of it.

First we determine the centerline.

Second we cover up the old mess with oil rubbed bronze plates. This covers old holes and scars and gives us a great base to mount on.

Using tape we cover the door and newly installed oil rubbed bronze plates. We then chart out the location for the lock onto the door, drill the holes and install.
